How to Play
Pronounced as pa-chees-lo, Pachislo does not involve money, but only tokens in which you get prizes in exchange for the tokens that a winner wins. These tokens can be purchased by the players at the place where the Pachislo machine is located.
We explain to you the basic rules, since the Pachislo machines are quite different in their working as compared to the slot machines.
Steps for setting up
- After you have connected the plug of the machine to the power point, you can operate the machine in the setup mode. Initially you don't need to switch on the machine, and it can stay off as you set your game up, along with the levels of the game as well as the payout levels.
- The next thing you can do is turn on the switch which is responsible for the setup of the machine. Although the location varies with each version of the Pachislo machine, it is usually on the back and side, and you look for it and find it easily. (Look for a dial through which there is line running through). Now you can proceed towards changing your settings.
- The third step is to search for the LED switch, which gets lit when you turn on the switch. Here you can alter the payout percentages. You will see a number after you have pressed the button. The range of this number is from one to six, where one and six correspond to the lowest and the highest allowed levels of payout percentages.
- Finally, you can go for the button that kicks off the game! Typically situated on the front side, along with the buttons that take care of the spins, this button also serves many other purposes. For instance, when you are operating the Pachislo machine in the setup mode, pressing this button will reset the level of the payout-otherwise it would simply begin the game.
- Switch on the machine, jump right out of the setup mode and get set ready to play!
Playing Pachislo
- You need to bet the tokens, so insert them into the machine. Unlike the slot machines, Pachislo machines hardly have a lever. Here, there's a button to do the same job.
- After you press the button which makes the reels spin, you can look for another button which is typically located below every reel. When you want the reel to stop, you can press this button. However, you know this doesn't make a difference, although it apparently seems that the player requires skill-you have already pre-set the payouts!
Lights flash and bells ring when you achieve a combination which makes you win, and you can collect the tokens!
